Entry fee is $25 for the first photo, $10 for each additional photo. Entry includes 1 calendar.
Submit your pet's photo, payment and a signed and completed copy of the entry form via Email or mail:

Facebook Contest
The 2013 Animal Welfare League Facebook Contest will run in two sessions, Entry Submissions and Online Voting. From Sunday, July 1, 2012 through Tuesday, July 31, 2012 photo entries will be accepted on our Facebook Fan Page (www.F acebook.com/AnimalWelfareLe ague). Please note that only high resolution photos which include the title “Calendar Contest - (Your Pet’s Name)” will be eligible. Please do not include any humans in photos. Online voting will begin on or around August 5, 2012 and will continue for one week. The photo with the most number of “Likes” during the specific time period, announced at the time voting begins, will get a guaranteed spot in our 2013 Calendar as a monthly winner. Our Facebook contest is Free to Enter. Please note that Facebook entrants DO NOT receive a 2013 Calendar with entry.
All proceeds will benefit the thousands of homeless, abandoned and abused aniamls that the Animal Welfare League cares for each year.
