We all know that our own pet is the cutest in town!  Prove it to the rest of the world by entering Animal Welfare League's "Make Your Pet A Star" Calendar Contest! 

Entering is as easy as 1,2,3...

1.) Take your pet’s photo.

2.) Email your completed form (pdf of form is attached) with payment information and pet photo to cory.berndt@animalwelfareleague.com with “2013 Calendar Contest” as the subject line.

OR

Mail your completed form (pdf of form is attached), pet photo (digital photos on a CD) and payment to: Animal Welfare League Attn: 2013 Calendar Contest 10305 Southwest Highway Chicago Ridge, IL 60415 

3.) You will receive your 2013 Animal Welfare League calendar featuring your pet in the fall.

The deadline to get your pet entered into Animal Welfare League's 2013 "Make Your Pet a Star" Calendar is Friday, August 31st.  All entrants will be featured in the 2013 calendar and will receive one calendar with entry.  Additional calendars can also be pre-ordered at this time for just $10 each. All proceeds from the calendar will benefit the thousands of homeless animals that the Animal Welfare League cares for each year.
